Most medical Dermatologic visits are covered by your insurance.

If you do not have health insurance our fees are generally as listed:

Initial clinic visit:  $125-150 based on complexity of case and time involved

Follow-up visits:   $75-100

If medications and prescriptions are required we will make every effort to provide you with samples or prescription coupons to assist in your treatment.

Skin biopsies:       $90-125 each or less
Pathology fees:     $100-125 each or can also be billed at a later time by the servicing laboratory

Cyst removal approximately:  $200 small     $275 Medium     $300 large
Wart freezing:    $50-100 each visit based on the number of lesions, several visits are required
Genital Wart treatment: $100 each visit, several visits are required
Skin tag treatment: $75-125 based on how many treated

Procedure fees may or may NOT require the additional clinic visit fee based on complexity of your care.

Cosmetic Procedure Fees:
All performed only by Dr. Yashar or Dr. Mowlavi

Botox:  $12 per unit   Appx $200 per area each for forhead, between eyebrows or both eyes
Juvederm:   $500-550 per large syringe
Radiesse:    $500-550 per large syringe
Restylane:   $500-550 per large syringe
Artefill:        $650-750 per large syringe


Microdermabrasion: $70 each visit    Several visits may be required


Chemical Peels
Glycolic Acid peel:     $85   each visit
TCA Peel Mild           $150 each visit
TCA Peel Medium     $200 each visit
TCA Peel Deep         $250 each visit


Laser Treatment
Laser: $150-200 per session based on the laser required and type of treatment
